Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by ARROUASSE FILS (CLASS RÉCEPTION), operating under the Le Grand Bleu brand.

1. Services

Le Grand Bleu offers dinner cruises and private event hire aboard the Le Grand Bleu barge moored in Paris. Bookings are subject to availability.

2. Bookings & Payment

Bookings for dinner cruises are made online via our booking system. Payment is processed securely by Monetico / Banque CIC. The transaction is debited by CLASS RÉCEPTION.

For private event hire, a deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due according to the terms stated in your bespoke quote.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of booking. For dinner cruises, please refer to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking. For private event hire, cancellation terms are specified in your contract.

4. Responsibility

CLASS RÉCEPTION cannot be held liable for events beyond its control (weather conditions, port authority decisions, force majeure) that may affect the cruise or event. In such cases, we will endeavour to find an alternative solution or offer a rescheduled date.

5. Conduct on Board

Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or crew. The captain reserves the right to refuse embarkation or request disembarkation in cases of inappropriate behaviour.

6. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
