Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by ARROUASSE FILS (CLASS RÉCEPTION), operating under the Le Grand Bleu brand.
1. Services
Le Grand Bleu offers dinner cruises and private event hire aboard the Le Grand Bleu barge moored in Paris. Bookings are subject to availability.
2. Bookings & Payment
Bookings for dinner cruises are made online via our booking system. Payment is processed securely by Monetico / Banque CIC. The transaction is debited by CLASS RÉCEPTION.
Individual bookings (up to 10 guests) are paid in full (100%) online at the time of booking. Group bookings (more than 10 guests) and private events require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due no later than 10 business days before the service (see section 3).
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be sent by email to contact@legrandbleu.fr.
Individual bookings (up to 10 guests)
- The booking is confirmed once 100% of the service has been paid.
- Any cancellation made more than 72 hours before departure is possible, subject to the applicable refund conditions.
- Any cancellation made less than 72 hours before departure, or any no-show on the day of the service, gives rise to no refund.
Group bookings (more than 10 guests)
- The final number of participants must be confirmed no later than 10 business days before the service.
- A decrease in the number of participants is possible within a limit of 10%, with a refund of the difference.
- Any increase in the number of participants is subject to availability and acceptance.
- A 50% deposit is required, depending on the booking lead time, and remains non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- The balance must be paid no later than 10 business days before the service. From that date onwards, no cancellation or refund can be granted.
4. Responsibility
CLASS RÉCEPTION cannot be held liable for events beyond its control (weather conditions, port authority decisions, force majeure) that may affect the cruise or event. In such cases, we will endeavour to find an alternative solution or offer a rescheduled date.
5. Conduct on Board
Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or crew. The captain reserves the right to refuse embarkation or request disembarkation in cases of inappropriate behaviour.
6. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
